You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

The Soloneur membership grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the courses, AI tools, live sessions, and community for the membership period. You must use the same email for purchase and access. Your login is personal — do not share, resell, or transfer it.

Membership pricing is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase and is inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Pricing and inclusions may change for future purchases; the price shown to you at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase. Soloatlas Technologies Private Limited is registered under GST with GSTIN 07ABUCS4895D1ZN. A tax invoice will be issued for every purchase to the email address provided at checkout.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All course content, videos, tools, templates, text, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Soloneur and protected by law. You may use them for your own learning only. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or use our content to build a competing product or training.

You agree not to: share access; scrape or reverse-engineer the platform or tools; upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; harass other members or hosts; or use the platform for any illegal purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Live sessions (including Solothon and Solignment) and the community are provided as part of membership. Schedules may change. Respectful conduct is required; we may remove disruptive members without refund.

Soloneur provides education and tools. We do not guarantee any income, earnings, or business outcome. See our Disclaimer. Nothing here is financial, legal, or professional advice.

The platform may reference or integrate third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soloneur is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify Soloneur against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
