Refund & Cancellation

You may request a refund within 72 hours of your purchase, provided you have not attended any live session (including Solothon or Solignment) during that period.

Refunds are not available: after 72 hours from purchase; if you have attended a live session; or where prohibited by law. Because membership gives immediate access to digital content, tools, and downloadable resources, access already used is non-refundable.

Email support@soloneur.in from your registered email within the 72-hour window, with your order details and reason. Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days (your bank may take additional time).

You may choose not to renew at any time. The membership does not auto-renew unless stated at checkout. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current period except as allowed above.

If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us first at support@soloneur.in — we will work with you to resolve it. Contacting us directly is usually faster than a chargeback and does not affect any right available to you under applicable law.

We acknowledge every refund request and complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer, Abhishek Singh, at grievance@soloneur.in, or to the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
