Privacy Policy

Soloneur is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the platform or provide your data.

• Information you give us: name, email, phone number, billing details, and any information you submit through forms, the community, or live sessions.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or bank details.
• Automatically collected: device, browser, IP address, and usage data via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

To provide and manage your membership and access; process payments; deliver courses, AI tools, live sessions, and community access; provide support; send service and (with consent) marketing communications; improve our services; and meet legal and tax obligations.

We process your data based on the consent you give when you sign up or submit information, and for legitimate uses permitted by law. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (this may limit your ability to use the service).

We share data only with: payment processors (Razorpay/RazorpayX); our community and course-delivery platform; hosting, email, and analytics providers; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. tax and accounting records), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data; withdraw consent; nominate another person to exercise your rights; and raise a grievance. To exercise any right, contact our Grievance Officer below.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Some features rely on third-party tools (e.g. HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Meta, AI providers). Your use of those is also governed by their own privacy policies.

We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
